I would like to introduce myself, my name is Nick Sasaki. I am the owner, sushi chef, buyer for Niko Sushi Tarzana. Niko sushi has been open since June 2000 in Tarzana. We have been rating as the best sushi bar in San Fernando Valley. In 2005 by SCV magazine and three and half star by Larry Lipsons (Daily News)
My job is to make sure all my customers receive the freshest fish (or alive), the best food and service possible. Since our crews have been in the Japanese restaurant business for over 25 years. I can help you to introduce how the sushi edomai (Tokyo style) should be taste like. I go every morning to Japanese Fish Market and produce in downtown Los Angeles, to select the best possible fish and produce available.
